AC Trees & Gardens is built around a partnership that brings together arboriculture and horticulture, allowing outdoor spaces to be cared for as a whole — from the highest canopy down into the subsoil that sustains its health.

Calum, Head of Arboriculture, leads all tree-related work with a focus on safe, considered and well-executed outcomes. Andrée, Head of Horticulture, guides the garden maintenance side, drawing on a strong foundation in plant knowledge and design, including a Diploma of Garden Design from the London College of Garden Design.

Both Calum and Andrée spent much of their childhood outdoors — climbing trees, building fairy gardens and developing a love for nature. That foundation continues to shape their work today, where a sense of playfulness and curiosity sits alongside a considered, professional approach.

Together, they’ve built a small, close-knit team of like-minded people who share a similar approach — practical, detail-focused and grounded in a genuine respect for outdoor environments. That same sense of curiosity carries through the team, balanced with consistency and care, alongside an understanding of the importance of urban green spaces in supporting environmental health and everyday wellbeing.

Their approach is personal and consistent, allowing them to build strong, ongoing relationships with clients and care for each space in a way that feels calm, considered and genuinely well looked after over time.
